Snow is coming to Santa Monica! Come frolic in the real stuff(??!!) and partake in the Snowman Building Contest. We don't know how, and we don't want to know how. The fun will take place on December 15th from 11am-4pm at the 1400 block of 3rd St in Downtown Santa Monica.
