Happy Birthday To The Bar!
 One of our favorite low-key lounges, The Bar, celebrated its 4th birthday last night (that's a Golden Anniversary in L.A. nightlife years). Low-key, but list-only, and complete with a D'Amore's Pizza truck outside giving out free pizza - The Bar was the place to be last night. Adam 12 manned the decks for most of the night making us the happiest people in The Bar. He played a mix of 90's hip-hop that had us dancing so hard all night, that we're feeling in our quads this morning. These nights, it's hard to find a party that isn't all electro, all the time - it was a breath of fresh 90's air to hear C.L. Smooth and Mobb Deep at a party, for once.  We were surprised to see Green Door co-owner Johnny Zander on the turntables and surrounded by socialite Caroline D'Amore and her posse. The best surprise of the night was the open bar. Hungover at work today - not so surprising.
