It's official: Chi has...changed hands. The owners, Art and Allan Davis (plus investor Justin Timberlake), sold the restaurant back to the Hyatt Hotel. A spokesman for the hotel says the restaurant will not close but will probably go through a multi-million dollar renovation later this year. A Hyatt chef is at the helm, so the Asian-inspired, mostly dim sum menu will probably change. Anyone could have seen this coming: We know of at least three executive chefs who've left the space since it opened in December 2004.
