Shereen Arazm, who also owns Shag and is part of the Dolce Group, opened the new restaurant/lounge on Thursday and on Saturday night it was already packed to the gills with the chic beauty crowd. We spied ScarJo lounging with A-list promoter Pantera Sarah, who will be promoting here six days a week. We saw salivated over British DJ Zen Freeman of SkyBar fame. We marveled at the stunning decor, which is very NYC with black patent leather-upholstered stools, boutique-chic tables and chairs and—hello!—a 65-year-old tree inside the main room.
