LAMOTH Board President E. Randol Schoenberg will discuss his work as the lawyer who represented Maria Altmann in her family's battle to recover paintings stolen by the Nazis during WWII. His talk will describe the dramatic multi-year process and the ups and downs of the various court rulings. Come hear how a young, ambitious lawyer took on a case that would change his life and ultimately contribute to the construction of LAMOTH's new building.
