This concert will feature Pepperdine's top-tier auditioned choir in a performance of mostly a cappella sacred music. With the church spaces of Europe in mind, Board chose literature especially suited for the reverberant, expansive acoustics of the venues in which the Chamber Choir will perform this July. Featured composers include T. L. Victoria, Duruflé, Parry, Brahms, and Rheinberger, as well as exciting newer works composed by César Carrillo, György Orbán, Karel Husa, and Paul Mealor.
