Spywitness: 'Iron Man' Premiere

“I kind of felt like a linebacker in high heels,” Downey said, on being Iron Man.

SPYWITNESS

Eva Longoria Parker and hubby Tony didn’t dress up to meet “Iron Man” on Wednesday night. The jeans-wearing couple anonymously walked arm-in-arm through the Hollywood Highland complex and down a back staircase to reach Grauman’s Chinese Theatre. Then, to celebrate their successful stealth, they kissed before going inside for the premiere.

They missed rubbing shoulders with cast members Robert Downey Jr., Gwyneth Paltrow, Terrence Howard, Jeff Bridges and Leslie Bibb on the red carpet. And they didn’t get a chance to check out the silver Audi R8 with “STARK 4” plates nor witness superhero creator Stan Lee greet Yehya, the celebrity stalker dressed in a lavender-colored Iron Man/Tin Man outfit.

“Hey, you’re my creation and you’re looking just great!” Lee told Yehya said as Vince Vaughn, Ben Stiller, Jack Black, Naomi Watts, Emmanuelle Chirqui, Pete Wentz (sans Ashlee) and Sean Combs walked by.

Movie props, including a full-sized replica of “Iron Man” and all of his high-tech innards, were on display at the Roosevelt Hotel after party. And Downey confided what it’s really like playing a tall superhero.

“I kind of felt like a linebacker in high heels,” he said.

Bet Eva loves that image.
