"American Idol" judge Simon Cowell says he turned down 1 million pounds ($2 million) to be the new spokesman for the sex drug Viagra.

In an interview with the British edition of Glamour magazine, Cowell said he treated the offer like a tone-deaf contestant on his show.

"Last year, my agent rang me and said, "You've been offered an incredibly big deal. It's to be the face of Viagra,"' Cowell said in the interview. "I just said, `Sorry, but that has to be an (expletive) insult."'

Cowell also revealed that he uses annual Botox injections to maintain his youthful looks, calling it "no more unusual than toothpaste."

The 48-year-old producer-turned-television personality isn't interested in tying the knot.

"I don't believe in marriage, certainly not in this business," he told British tabloid The Mirror.

Cowell revealed that the real reason he refuses to wed girlfriend Terri Seymour is he's afraid she'll "do a Heather Mills on him" and take him for everything he's got, he said to the paper.

The reality TV host's signature brand of tough love and nasty charm has helped him amass an $80 million fortune, it was reported in 2006.

"I know a lot of people going through divorces now, and once the lawyers get involved, it starts to get nasty," he said.

Fortunately for Cowell, he says the 33-year-old Seymour accepts his decision and takes rumors of his amorous links to co-workers in stride.

"If you work with cute girls, you get that. But I don't have to smooth anything over with Terri. She understands."

Yeah, if that's what you think, Simon.
