A Kiss to welcome new Beso

Eva Longoria Parker showed off her first baby on Thursday night. No, not a real one but the new restaurant she co-owns on the corner of Hollywood and Ivar.

"I don't want Beso, which really is my baby, to be just another celebrity restaurant, which is why I personally found the location, picked the bathroom tiles, chose the uniforms and put my own tortilla soup and guacamole on the menu," said Longoria Parker, attired in a sexy Marchesa dress, as she sipped an original Hornitos Spanish Kiss cocktail and ate a chocolate-covered foie gras lollipop. "I expect to spend a great deal of time in the kitchen with executive chef Todd English."

But Eva had an opening night panic attack.

"I'm really nervous because I feel like everyone is visiting my new house," she said as Sheryl Crow, William H. Macy, Felicity Huffman, Dana Delany, Nicollette Sheridan, Michael Bolton, George Lopez, Mario Lopez and Kim Kardashian dropped in.

Will other "Desperate Housewives" follow in her culinary footsteps?

"I hope this won't encourage my wife to open a restaurant," said Huffman's husband, Macy. "But, with any luck, it will inspire Felicity, Eva and women like them to start eating again."
