Sweet merciful Saint of whiskey, is it that time again?

Indeed it is, dear lushes. The frat boys' favorite spot on the calendar, most commonly known as St. Patrick's Day, is soon upon us and Los Angeles bars, lounges and eateries are paying homage to the most high spirited holiday with drink specials, hottie leprechauns, a multitude of bagpipers and even a parade.

Ladies, bust out the green fishnets and thigh-high, striped socks. Fella's, don't forget your clovery top hat and corncob pipe.  And everyone make sure you're rockin' a little green so you don't get pinched by the inappropriate co-worker -- unless you're into that (no judgement). It's time for LA.COM to show ya'll where to get lucky...

Little Cave, Bigfoot Lodge, Stinker's Truck Stop and Saints & Sinners

1933 Group's Leprechaun Hunt
-- All falling under the same boozy umbrella of management, these four bars will feature a sexy leprechaun in a low-cut, green getup bearing rich booty for those who spot her. Starting at 8pm patrons can hunt for her in the Little Cave in Highland Park, followed by another appearance at 9pm in the Bigfoot Lodge in Atwater Village, 10pm at Stinker's Truck Stop in Silverlake and then at 11pm at Saints & Sinners in Culver City. Those lucky enough to lasso the bonnie lass will be treated to $2 shots and a little somethin' somethin' from her golden pot.

Nuns And Priests Drink For Half Price

Pershing Square
Los Angeles St. Patrick's Day Parade -- For those of you more innocently inclined and without somewhere to be on Tuesday afternoon, the city of Los Angeles has put together a family friendly shindig in Downtown including a free performance by Irish rock band Young Dubliners and what is sure to be a most moving rendition of the National Anthem by Lorenzo Lamas. The parade itself will begin at 11:30am at the intersection of Main Street and Arcadia Street. There's also an Irish and American food fair capped off by $1 O'Doul's -- the only "beer" you can drink in broad daylight (legally).

Molly Malone's
Bagpipes & Bar Food
-- Molly Malone's is part music venue, part pub and part slinger of classic bar food goodness but it's also all Irish and has the musical lineup to prove it on St. Patrick's Day, including such Emerald Isle-ccentric performers as bagpiper Thomas Allen and all-girl band The Celtic Divas ending at 11pm with The Dirges.

Casey's Irish Bar & Grill
Bud Light Girls Meet Cheap Guinness On A Bus
-- Adding a little bite to the city's relatively chaste St. Patrick's Day celebration, Casey's is offering $5 pints of Guinness and green beer on Thursday along with a visit from The Bud Light Girls on Friday night and the Tullamore Girls on Saturday from 10pm to midnight. They're also offering $30 rides on the top of their double-decker parade bus turned mobile pub, with a leprechaun thrown in for good measure.

Broadway Bar, Seven Grand, Coles, Golden Gopher, Casey's
Downtown Pub Crawl
-- Making sure to cement its spot as downtown's proudest Irish institution, Casey's is also the jump-off point for the area's St. Patrick's day pub crawl lead by a bagpipe player starting at 1pm. The crawl winds through the old-school mixology lounge at Cole's (which will have corned beef and Tullamore Dew specials on hand), then to the well-stocked whiskey bar at Seven Grand (which will have live music from 10pm to 1am), before ending the debauchery at the Golden Gopher. Nearby Broadway Bar will serve up $5 pints of Guinness and $5 Michael Collins Irish Whiskey shots.

Finn McCool's Irish Pub
Meat And Potatoes
-- It's always a good idea to stock up on alcohol soaking yumminess before St. Patrick's night. Finn McCool's has a full menu of traditional treats from breakfast to supper to help sop up that good cheer later on. Starting at 9am on St. Patrick's Day, the pub will serve Dublin potato pancakes, Irish beef stew, Irish potato nachos and corned beef and cabbage. They'll also have some authentic Irish entertainment, including a double-decker bus of costumed folk in traditional garb, singers and riverdancers as well as what they are calling the "world's largest leprechaun." What a bold and frightening claim.

Lucky Strike Lanes at LA Live!
Bowl Against Leprechauns!
-- It's not completely clear if these leprechauns are also little people, but when $3 Heineken drafts are offered and $5 well-drink specials are involved (in addition to prizes for bowling), who cares! The competition starts at 8pm and goes till 2am. Game on, green ones. Game on.
