For 2 weeks in April, the cast and crew of your favorite shows are getting out of your screen and letting you into their heads (that is, if you can put down the remote or take a break from Hulu for long enough).

The Paley Center For Media is gearing up for its annual celebration of the silver screen, which will feature panel discussions with the cast and crew of 14 shows from all possible ends of the television medium -- from comedy to drama, to a web-based musical and reality TV (don't act like you never watch it!). The 26th Annual Paley Television Festival begins on April 10th with FX sitcom It's Always Sunny In Philadelphia, and ends April 24th with CBS' Swingtown. All screenings will take place at the Arclight Cinerama Dome in Hollywood, except for the closing night celebration at the Paley Center Los Angeles in Beverly Hills. The 2009 Paley Fest will conclude with an after-party following the presentation of Swingtown.

Among the shows slated to participate are 90210, Desperate Housewives, The Big Bang Theory, The Hills, Big Love, and Joss Whedon's Dr. Horrible's Sing-Along Blog -- an online-only musical starring Doogie Howser
