Happy Hour At Taste Lasts All Weekend For Pride, June 13-14
Taste's Melrose location will be offering happy hour specials all day for both days of Los Angeles's Gay Pride Weekend. Pride takes place Saturday-Sunday, June 13-14, and the restaurant is just a 10-minute walk from many of the festival's main events.

Taste of the Nation, Sunday, June 14
Head on down to Media Park in Culver City from 1-4pm this Sunday for one of L.A.'s hottest food and wine event. Share Our Strength's Taste of the Nation features top chefs and mixologists, who donate their time and talent to help fighting hunger. 5X5 Chef's Collaborative Dinner at Grace, June 15
This collaborative dinner usually involves some of LA's best chef's and this year is no exception. Hosted at Grace, the meal will feature one course by each of seven chefs. Participants will include: Neal Fraser of Grace, Michael Cimarusti of Providence, Josiah Citrin of Melisse, David LeFevre of Water Grill, Gino Angelini of Angelini Osteria, and Sean McClain from Chicago's Spring and Green Zebra. Grace's pastry chef Mariah Swan will provide the dessert. Tickets are $150 per person, and $65 more for wine pairing. A portion of the proceeds benefit the Southern California Special Olympics.

STK Introduces "Bite While It's Light" Menu
Now that the summer days are lasting into the night, STK is offering a special small bites menu from 6-8pm Sunday-Friday. Dishes like the mini lump crab salad go for $10; whole "mini meals" like a burger and fries, and a petite short rib are $15; and you can also get beers ($5) and cocktails ($10) at a discount.
