What if you did something in your life pretty well, and then you got a "big head" bigger than a dozen people combined ... and then they made a movie about your ass-hat behavior? Yeah, exactly ... you wouldn't get your calls returned in this town for a while. Somehow, Troy Duffy did. And he's still pissing off people.
For Duffy that 'while' is finally over, apparently, with the premiere of 'Boondock Saints II: All Saints Day' on Wednesday night. (Although he did recently categorize 'overnight filmmakers' as 'douchebags.')
This one brings back most of the cast, but Willem Dafoe's memorable FBI agent is not listed on the bill. They did add Peter Fonda and Judd Nelson, though. So it's a wash, celeb-wise.
The cast and crew came out, work their usual black outfits, and drank Irish whisky and beer with what looks like abandon. Ah, the high life...
