Although adults have also been known to hit the streets dressed in costumes, Halloween is first and foremost a children's holiday. So why not let the kiddies enjoy their day. They deserve it! Well parents (and kids!) you're in luck because the Fourth Annual Halloween Party for Downtown L.A. Kids is once again coming to Grand Hope Memorial Park. Downtown L.A.'s population is growing at an astounding rate and hundreds of children now call that part of the city their home. The purpose of the Halloween Party is to make sure that all Downtown kids and their families have a safe and happy Halloween. The event will include an inflatable bounce house, trick-or-treat doors, face painting, arts and crafts, and of course, all the candy you can eat! So be sure to bring a candy bucket, bag, or dump truck. You know, for those who have a bit of a sweet tooth.
