For fans of Community, the NBC sitcom that made Chevy Chase relevant again, fear not. Your favorite show has not been cancelled! No it's just been reduced to that sleepy time world the networks call "hiatus". The exact date of Community's triumphant return, however, remains to be seen. But in the meantime, you can still see Jeff (Joel McHale), Britta (GIllian Jacobs), Senor Chang (Ken Jeong), and all the other crazies over at Greendale Community College when Paley Fest 2012 kicks off next week. For those of you who don't know what Paley Fest is, it can pretty much be summed up in a single word—totally awesome! OK, that was two words, but you get the picture. Basically, Paley Fest gives everyday people a chance to meet the stars and brains (AKA creative folks) behind their favorite TV shows. To kick off the event, the cast and crew of Community will be ready and willing to answer your questions on Saturday, March 3rd. Although most of the questions will be geared towards the show's future, creator Don Harmon and company will also be giving us insight into what exactly makes Community so laugh-out-loud funny. If the writer's room is anything like the freewheeling life of Joel McHale's character, I'm guessing alcohol is at least partly responsible. You know, to get the creative juices flowing.
