Areal: Located in Santa Monica, Areal's menu features fresh, locally grown California-style cuisine that's brought directly from the farm to your table. Border Grill: Ranked by Gourmet Magazine as “One of the Best Restaurants in America,” Border Grill offers a traditional Mexican menu at both its Downtown and Santa Monica locations. Restaurant Week prices include lunch for $20, with dinner going for $30. Dinner specials include grilled gulf shrimp with smoked chili vinaigrette, roasted duck wrapped in homemade corn tortillas, as well as apple empanadas for dessert. Chaya: Chaya offers a European inspired menu at both its Downtown and Venice Beach locations. During Restaurant Week you can get lunch for $25, or dinner for $45. Katana: With a menu offering “Japanese comfort food,” Katana is always one of the hottest tables in West Hollywood. For this year's Restaurant Week the chefs will be serving up a three-course dinner for $45. It will include Japanese beef meatballs as a starter, a seven-piece sushi assortment as the entrée, and a mini chocolate volcano – served with fresh vanilla ice cream – as the dessert. Wolfgang Puck: He has the rare privilege of being the country's first and foremost celebrity chef (in your face, Gordon Ramsay!), and now you'll have the chance to taste what all the critics have been talking about when Wolfgang Puck's L.A. Bistro participates in Restaurant Week. Lunch is $15, with dinner going for $25.
