INDIO - The Stagecoach country music festival starts today with superstars Toby Keith, Hank Williams Jr., and Trace Adkins as headliners as well as actor Jeff Bridges & the Abiders.

Other acts include Roger McGuinn, best known as the lead singer and guitarist of The Byrds, Old Crow Medicine Show, Maggie Rose and Commander Cody.

According to www.accuweather.com, the temperature is scheduled to hit 92 degrees.

The first act, Brett Shady, starts at 12:20 p.m. on the Palomino Stage. The festival ends before midnight.

Passes are still available for the three-day festival. They range from $239 for three-day general admission to $799 for three-day reserved seating directly in front of the mane stage.
