LOS ANGELES, CA (January 14, 2014) - AEG Facilities closed out 2013 with an impressive showing on Pollstar's 2013 Year End rankings, with four arenas ranked in the top five worldwide which also accounted for 80% of tickets sales among that group. Overall, AEG Facilities' venues accounting for 41% of all tickets sold in the top 30 arenas and 34% of all tickets sold in the top 100, based on concert and show tickets sales in 2013.
In total, AEG Facilities accounted for more than 13 million tickets sold in 2013, accumulated from arenas across five continents. Twenty-seven arenas owned, operated or affiliated with AEG Facilities were named in the list of the top 100 arenas worldwide for the 2013 year-end rankings as compiled by the well-respected concert and venues industry publication, Pollstar Magazine.
London's The O2 tops the list at #1, with more than 2.1 million tickets sold in 2013. The O2 has led the worldwide rankings every year since it opened in 2007. After completing its inaugural year, Barclays Center in Brooklyn, New York ranked #1 in the U.S. and #3 worldwide, while Los Angeles' STAPLES Center ranked #2 in the U.S. and #5 worldwide and Kansas City's Sprint Center ranked #6 in the U.S. tying AEG's to three of the top ten domestic venues. With Paris' Palais Omnisports de Paris-Bercy ranking #4 worldwide, four of AEG Facilities' venues ranked in the top five worldwide rankings.

Along with The O2 and Barclays Center both being ranked #1 in their respective countries, AEG Facilities' venues also rank as top in the countries of Sweden (Ericsson Globe), Scotland (The SSE Hydro), France (Palais Omnisports de Paris-Bercy) and numbers 2 and 3 in Australia (Sydney's Allphones Arena & Brisbane Entertainment Centre) and Germany (O2 World & O2 World Hamburg).
