The preliminary lineup for the Vans Warped Tour, which has been around since 1995, will feature an eclectic blend of punk, metalcore, hip-hop and other genres when it skates to the Pomona Fairplex on June 20.
The music festival will include Salt Lake City deathcore act Chelsea Grin; Gainesville, Florida punk group Less Than Jake; Dayton, Ohio Christian metalcore band The Devil Wears Prada; Princeton, New Jersey alternative punk group Saves The Day; metalcore and R & B’s Issues; Los Angeles melodic hardcore band The Ghost Inside; Boston funk rock and R & B group Bad Rabbits; San Diego post-hardcore band Secrets; Libertyville, Illinois nerdcore hip-hop artist MC Chris; Sioux City, Iowa Christian metal act For Today; Tallahassee, Florida alternative rock’s Mayday Parade; and alternative rock’s Anberlin, who plan to break up after 2014.
Doors open at 11 a.m. for the all-ages show at Fairplex, 1101 W McKinley Ave., Pomona.
Tickets are $43.50 (including fees) for general admission or $53.50 (including fees) for a 3D commemorative general admission.
After the Pomona date, the tour on June 21 will head up to NorCal for a stop in Mountain View at the Shoreline Amphitheater.

A day before the Cypress Hill performance, the born in Long Beach and raised in Tijuana singer/songwriter Julieta Venegas is expected to headline at the venue April 18.
Balcony seating for Venegas’ show is $58, while general admission standing tickets are $47.00.

Or if you need a hip-hop fix sooner, The Good Vibes Music Festival on the Lake 2014 on Feb. 15 will feature legendary hip-hop acts like E-40 and the Dogg Pound as well as reggae groups such as Tribal Seeds and more at the La Laguna Resort in Lake Elsinore.
The show starts at 10 a.m.
Tickets for the event, which features camping, a kids zone and arts and craft, range from $40 for a one-day pass to $230 for a two-day VIP pass.
Children age 5 and under are free. There are reduced prices for children ages 6 to 12 and a $20 ticket for a kids jumper playground fun zone. RV packages and group tent camping are also available.
