What could be more decadent than dining on exquisite French-Med cuisine surrounded by great works of art (those are real Picassos) while watching the Bellagio fountains spurt and glow? The hotel's most elegant restaurant is where to go on a fat expense account or if you just walked out of the high-roller room in the casino. Executive chef Julian Serrano, who is Spanish but is classically trained in French culinary arts, has been touted as one of the best chefs in the country. The menu features seasonal ingredients in dishes like roasted Maine lobster, poached oysters with Osetra caviar, warm quail salad with sauteed artichokes, medallions of fallow deer, and Scottish salmon with saffron sauce. The wine cellar is stocked with more than 1400 bottles from the finest European vineyards.

Because the menu is prix fixe only ($85 for four courses; $95 for five) there are specific seatings for dinner at 6pm and 6:30pm, and again at 8:30pm, 9pm and 9:30pm. You can also add wine pairings for each course of your meal.
