Behind the Melrose-facing dining room and bar, a cabana-kissed patio beckons.

Near the comedy clubs on the Melrose strip, this hipster haven's Lawrence of Arabia theme is reflected in the candle-lined dining room and the patio's curtained cabanas. Completing the vibe: Mediterranean-inspired fare like Moroccan "cigars" (spicy ground beef wrapped in phyllo), chicken satay with peanut sauce, and lobster tail served with coconut-curry asparagus. It's romantic enough for a low-key date, but also fun for chatty groups, especially during the "pajama party brunch" on the weekends. —Lesley Balla

My husband and I were celebrating our 25th wedding. We choose the bungalow club because we love the sushi roll and the amazing drinks. For all our guests this night will be unforgettable

I had a birthday party early in the week, The service and food were excellent. The mojitos and martinis are amazing. Highly Recommended!

Watch your bill - we were overcharged for 3 out of 9 items (both drink & food).

Last week I attempted to go to Bungalow Club w/ some of my guy & girlfriends. All of sudden they began charging all of my guy friends (who were African-American) $20/each. But they let my Asian guy friend in for free. I think that was a racist move.
