Who said buffets had to be boring? This all-you-can-eat restaurant has a sleek, modern design and just about every type of food you could, uh, crave.

Knowing that the Vegas dining scene has recently gone up some serious notches on the foodie scale, the Mirage decided to make stuff-yourself-silly dining stylish. (Really!) The space is very modern and colorful, with boldly striped carpeting, amber hues and shiny metal installations jutting from the ceiling. The setup is like a river of eats, where diners float along, filling their plates with pizza, antipasto, dim sum, chilled seafood, carved meats, salad, gelato (with sundae toppings!), barbecue ribs, mashed potatoes and/or kimchee. The Sunday champagne brunch includes free-flowing bubbly; the rare lone Vegas diner should enjoy the bar with plasma-screen TVs.
