Michelle Myers took her passion for pastries across the street from Sona, the elegant restaurant she operates with her husband.

This charming little shop is Myers' reimagining of the patisseries she frequented when attending classes at Le Cordon Bleu in Paris. The dcor is reminiscent of a jewelry store, with high ceilings and colors as blue as a Tiffany box. Glass cases show off sweet treats made from fresh, seasonal ingredients most often found at local farmers markets. The options are sinful and plentiful: delicate champagne-chocolate truffles, pain au chocolat, chocolate ice cream, fleur de sel caramels and other pastries, cakes and candy. There are also gourmet sandwiches like Sona roast beef with fresh horseradish sauce and Chino lettuce on fresh-baked ciabatta. And, finally, there are tables! Lesley Balla
