On a quiet corner atop the Hollywood & Highland complex, this sister outpost of the popular Farmers Market creperie serves fun, simple and sugar-friendly fare.

Whipped cream, sweet fruits, Nutella, Grand Marnier, chocolate sauce, fruit preserves, iced blended frappes—with apologies to our dentist, we found a reason to step inside this tourist-friendly outdoor mall on occasion. It's a low-key stop to be sure, though the view from the small cluster of tables against the fourth-floor rail isn't bad. There's a charm to the menu, too, which takes pains to explain the pan bagnat ("This is a specialty sandwich from Provence. A round bread is stuffed with tuna, tomatoes, cucumber, sliced hard boiled egg, kalamata olives, shallots and lettuce") and, well, a mocha ("Mocha is a latte combined with rich chocolate"). Crepe selections are divided into savory and sweet; the Napolean ("You're the short general!") offers a create-your-own options from any available ingredients. —Lonny Pugh
