The patio is about twice the size of the colorful dining room inside, but both areas always seem to be overflowing with large plates and laughing diners.

This Brazilian menu offers the usual fried yucca, fried plantains, coxinha, typical Brazilian sandwiches and hot items from the grill. But a large number of less ethnic options like a sauteed vegetable platter, pasta dishes (Alfredo, Napolitana, four-cheese) and salads (Greek, Caesar, warm spinach). The veggies are perfectly al dente and full-flavored; they came with good, authentic-tasting black beans and plantains that would benefit from a little more care. Still, the festive WeHo crowd, fresh from (or en route to) the neighborhood bars, don't seem too picky.
