    Skipper is to Barbie as Caf Talsai is to Talsai.Cafe Talsai is the less expensive but no less elegant offshoot to Talsai on Sunset Blvd. The cafe presents its "new world" cuisine with flair. (It's almost too pretty to eat...almost.) The signature dish, hidden treasures—made of shrimp, crab meat and squid cooked with chili coconut sauce & Thai basil—is definitely one to order. The catfish with tamarin sauce and sea bass (fried, steamed or grilled) are also among the most popular dishes.
