Tesoro is one of those places that many downtown high-rise workers and theater-goers regard as their own little treasure. Located in the picturesque fountain court of California Plaza, this trattoria is stylishly decked out in polished mahogany, etched glass and tasteful artwork. The Tuscan-inspired menu offers an array of familiar specialties such as calamari fritti, tuna carpaccio, Caesar salad, pizzas, veal Marsala and tiramisu, all very respectably prepared.
