Dim-sum mania lives on at these modern, chic, noisy and always-jammed dim-sum cafes. Though the quality can be inconsistent, the food can be delicious: Max's noodle soup, good Chinese chicken and noodle salads, plump potstickers and comforting bao buns, crisp spring rolls and succulent roasted Hunan chicken. It's always fun and inexpensive, and there's wine and beer by the glass. You can order low-cal versions of many of the dishes, but we don't recommend it.
