Added to the growing family of Wolfgang Puck restaurants is this restaurant in the Hollywood & Highland entertainment complex.

The restaurant resembles a cross between a Belle Epoque-era European building and a chic, modern brasserie. Chef Matt Bencivenga is a fan of the wood-fired oven here; our favorite items from the tasty bistro menu include grilled tuna with arugula and basil butter, New York veal steak au poivre with melted leeks, and sizzling mussels marinara. Full-service lunch and dinner are offered and a bar menu is available throughout the day and late at night. Vert is one of the best spots to pick up a picnic for the Hollywood Bowl: Custom-made baskets containing a three-course meal run $24-$36 per person.
