    How many Jewish delicatessens in LA have been paid homage by Nora Ephron in The New Yorker? One guess.Located on the edge of the extremely edgy MacArthur Park near Downtown, Langer's is a relic from the neighborhood's more glamorous past. Inside, things are as they've always been: formica-topped booths, hefty waitresses and the best pastrami in town. All the kosher faves are here: blintzes, matzo-ball soup, corned beef. It's like Canter's with better food, minus the hipsters.
