In the space under the Dorothy Chandler Pavilion, the folks behind Patina strike again.

The Kendall's menu lists all the French basics, from gruyere French onion soup to pommes frites, but it's the seafood that sets this place apart from the other Music Center-area restaurants. At $99, the Plateau Royale sounds pricey, but it easily stuffs three with lobster, Dungeness crab, langoustine, shrimp and oysters. Crayfish, snails, shrimp and clams are all menu standards as well.
