There are marinated, tender baby back and beef ribs to sink your teeth into, and some tasty sides like hush puppies, corn bread, cole slaw and grilled corn in chili lime butter.

The ribs are served dry, and you douse sweet or spicy sauces as desired. We never have room for dessert after dinner, but still, we order coconut cake—it's that good.
