At Urth Caffe, the organic coffees have been imported from all over the world, and the tea list is intimidating: Nearly any tea imaginable makes a cameo, from oolong to peach to green. Though the mostly healthy food is surprisingly good (check out the grilled cilantro chicken-breast sandwich with pesto and the nori-plum rice wrap), it's the awe-inspiring tiramisu made with the cafe's own espresso that makes us feel we've temporarily left planet Urth. Take your tea outside to the cozy patio (this is the easiest of the three locations to actually find a table), and discover the true reason for Urth's continued existence: the people-watching, of course. —Amir Kenan
