There's no butter, no cream, and all the ingredients are low in fat and cholesterol. Surprisingly enough, the food's still delicious.

The chi-chi Montana Ave. set have been bragging about this Indian place to their Eastside friends for years, and with good reason. All the usual suspects are here, but go for Pradeep's salmon, a tandoori-marinated salmon served over cilantro-flavored mashed potatoes. Even the paratha rolls (an Indian take on a burrito) are light and fluffy.
