The Humane Society of the United States presented a special screening of Wild Horses, on Friday

at the Avenue of the Stars. A short film by Stephanie Martin, starring Mireille Enos, Brooke Shields and Barbara Tarbuck. Proceeds from the event went to support the work of The HSUS's Wild Horse and Burro Protection program. Guests will enjoy drinks and light hors d'oeuvres.

Wild Horses tells the story of Mills, an established photographer, who returns to her native Nevada following an urgent call from her grandmother informing her that a band of wild horses close to their hearts faces government roundup. Cruelty, courage, love and memory collide as two generations of women bear witness to the brutality.
