The Kodak Theatre opened in November 2001 and has featured memorable performances by A-list performers (Celine Dion, Prince, Elvis Costello, Barry Manilow, American Ballet Theatre), awards events (ESPY Awards, "American Idol") and Val Kilmer's we-couldn't-forget-it-even-if-we-tried flop musical "The Ten Commandments."
