PINK AT THE STAPLES CENTER
The shelf life of a pop star is usually pretty short. Remember Avril Lavigne? But for over a decade, Pink has managed to stay relevant while still making good music. Pink has just released her sixth studio album – The Truth About Love – and will be playing a concert at the Staples Center on February 16th in support of it. Opening for Pink will be The Hives, the Swedish rockers who blew up for a brief moment in the early 2000s with the catchy, “Hate to Say I Told You So,” only to disappear off the nation's airwaves. Remember them? Well they're back. Hmm… good news for Avril Lavigne?
