The Stagecoach Country Music Festival doesn’t have a lockdown on the genre’s biggest megastars. Toby Keith and Rascal Flatts will be headliners in May and August, respectively, at the San Manuel Amphitheater as part of Live Nation’s Country Megaticket multi-show country music package, officials recently announced.
Keith, a previous Stagecoach headliner in 2010 and 2013, is slated to perform May 30 at the Devore venue while Rascal Flatts, a headliner in 2008 and 2011, has an Aug. 16 date set. The San Manuel Amphitheater is at 2575 Glen Helen Pkwy, Devore.
Performing with Keith will be an unnamed special guest, while Sheryl Crow and Gloriana open for Rascal Flatts.
But both acts are part of a larger concert packages which includes other Stagecoach superstars such as Tim McGraw, Lady Antebellum, Brad Paisley, Miranda Lambert and Keith Urban performing at the Verizon Wireless Amphitheater in Irvine.
McGraw is set for May 18; Lady Antebellum plays on June 14; Paisley hits the stage on July 12; Lambert’s date is Aug. 10; and Urban headlines on Sept. 5.
An additional superstar, yet to be announced, is scheduled to play Sept. 26 in Irvine.
