    If this pub feels just like Ireland, that's because it's from Ireland—literally.When Gerri Gilliland's stepfather retired in 2000, she bought his pub and exported it from Rosstrevor, Ireland, to LA—timber by timber. The bar's goal is to make guests feel like they've never left Ireland, but the Irish bartenders, teak bar and Celtic murals based on the Book of Kells attract more Santa Monica locals than expats. Still, it does stay true to what pubs are all about: socializing and drinking, especially to the tune of Guinness and Irish whiskeys. There's a menu of traditional fare like beef stew or corned beef and cabbage, and every Sunday the pub hosts traditional Irish music. On St. Patrick's Day, the party starts at 9am. —Alexandra Le Tellier
