It was a nice idea, but the concept behind Level 3's former incarnation as One Seven (a spot for underage clubsters) never quite took off. So the owners reinvented the place as an upscale club that's no longer appropriate for underage teens. Though an 18+ set comes out for KIIS FM's Top 40 party Club DV8 on Saturdays, other nights are catered to an older, wiser crowd, if you call 21-year-old girls in mini skirts old and wise. Its location also makes the space a prime party spot; Diddy himself once took it over for an after-Grammy party that flowed, of course, with Cristal. —Lina Lecaro
