Hollywood party-goers view the Valley nightlife scene with as much disdain as a high-carb meal. Even San Fernando clubbing commuters who trek through Laurel Canyon to party don't often argue. But that changed with the emergence of Clear, The Sapphire, Firefly and this hotspot. It's tucked in the back of a mall, but the posh interior—with its red velvet decor, maple floors, state-of-the-art sound and light system, and elevated DJ booth that sits in the middle of a sparkling glass bar—is as chic as any venue in the 323. The Continental-Asian menu can be enjoyed in the intimate dining area overlooking the main room; high rollers can find privacy in the elegant VIP rooms in back that can be reserved with bottle service that goes for $300 and up. And yes, we just used the words "bottle service" when discussing the Valley.—Patrick Green
