In glam Colonial England-meets-Hollywood style, this chic bar sits between the hotel's lobby and the pricey, fantastic Whist restaurant.

Its raison d'etre, then, is of course people-watching. The Viceroy Hotel is known for its ocean-adjacent opulence courtesy of designer Kelly Wearstler, but it's also known for the crowds that come to the bar. The luxurious ambience feels like a colonial resort—dark wood walls, dark gray and green paint, white linen chairs—with better cocktails.
