The outdoor arm of the W's Nine Thirty restaurant offers small bites in and around the poolside cabanas.

The group that owns several hot restaurants in town like Paladar and Tengu have put their stamp on the poolside restaurant at the hotel. Chef Jack Yoss, so inventive inside the hotel's indoor restaurant Nine Thirty, has fun with a more casual menu in the summer months. Ingredients fresh from the market (or the farm) show up in share-friendly dishes like yellowtail crudo (with shaved fennel, fresh grapefruit and pink peppercorn vinaigrette), hand-tossed pizza (with burrata cheese, tomato confit and fresh basil and chili oil) or, of course, salads. The drink menu gets playful too: The Blushing Bull adds Bacardi, OJ and grenadine to the ubiquitous Red Bull; Sundays in August and September, the adult lemonade stand serves many a fruity (and boozy) concoction from 4pm to 8pm. Cuisine is all well and good, but this oasis really pops in summer, when a reservation is necessary even though the experience is decidedly relaxed.
