    For the sophisticated set, the Downtown business and art scenes aren't complete without stiff martinis and stogies at this fancy hotel.Located in the spot that used to house the Angels Flight Lounge, the Noe Bar is nestled inside Downtown's world-class Omni Hotel. Drinks from behind the L-shaped granite bar are enjoyed in high back chairs and comfy leather sofas. An outdoor patio overlooks the Water Court at the California Plaza; the cigar menu pleases many an unhappy man dragged into the theater district by a significant other. The Noe Bar also offers a special martini of the day, which could be dirty, rouge or the signature Noe martini, a blend of Stoli vanilla, rum and pineapple.
