Formerly the Flynt Hustler Club, this H2O haven is still flooded with ooh-la-la now gulped down by a (slightly) more mature crowd.

We're sure Aqua Lounge sprayed down any questionable nooks before Larry Flynt's nightspot was transformed into this under-the-sea-themed bar. To enter, you descend a steep black stairwell leading into a wonderland of giant fish tanks; in the coral dining room, intimate round tables hold plates of seafood tapas for diners in sea-colored suede armchairs. On the dance floor, thirtysomethings groove to DJs or live acts like Dennis Quaid and The Sharks. Two bars provide the libations while the kitchen squad—led by executive chef Attila Lusztig—whips up tasty sea treats like crab cakes with avocado relish. (The Kobe beef sliders are also heavenly, despite their landlubber origin.) To fit in, wear a designer suit and lots of jewelry. —Lien Ta
