Since opening in 1997, Crustacean has been one of the hottest spots in Beverly Hills. Elizabeth An's interior design features a mix of Asian antiques and a beautiful stream that undulates through the bar and into the two-level dining room. The bar is often packed with a glamorous mix of beautiful people—the young and those who look miraculously young for their age—sipping flavored martinis and groovin' to live music. Those who aren't afraid of food enjoy family favorites like dungeness crab roasted in pepper-garlic sauce or simmered in sake, addicting giant grilled tiger prawns on garlic noodles, or whole Maine lobster with angel-hair pasta. —Lesley Balla
