Icon Entertainment's long-running bash is a favorite for the urban-minded set. Bootylicious babes shake their best freak-a-leaky assets as dapper dons in derby hats with matching suits throw out more game than the Parker Bros. Famous faces such as LL Cool J, Shaquille O'Neal and Missy Elliott often drop by; it remains a favorite for private birthdays, record releases and post-award show parties. DJs spin new- and old-school rap and R&B. The crowd tends to show up between 11pm to midnight, so slide in before then if you want to avoid the lengthy line.—Patrick Green
