One can only call a party “hot” so many times before the word loses its luster. But the appropriately named FEVER—with its drink specials, cute crowd and even cuter DJ line-up—is hard to describe any other way.

E-Ho’s favorite under-the-radar venue, Temporary Spaces, gets a feverish dose of dance music and all things electro every Thursday night.  Eastside cuties too lazy to drive to Dance Right in Downtown and too “over” Pash show up early for the free vodka and stay late to dance off the drunkenness (that inevitably follows free vodka).  Resident DJ’s DJ Haul, C-Town, and Wyatt Case keep the hipsters happy on the dancefloor (read: the tiny area in-between the bar, bathroom hallway, DJ booth, and lounge area) with sets that make it easy to work up a sweat. The intimate space, resident DJ’s and special guests (like the Fluo Kids, who came all the way from Paris to spin at très chaud set on opening night) cause temperatures to rise well above 98.6 degrees, so the cozy smoking patio in the back provides some welcome fresh-air (by smoking patio standards).  For partygoers looking to bust a move, but are sick of the pretentious and impenetrable doors of Hollywood, FEVER's the cure.
