Southern California's first mega-waterslide theme park.

Each summer, Raging Waters and its creative water-slide attractions put "flume" back in our vocabulary (it means "inclined chute"). And of the many flumes, we have several favorites. Speed slides named Raging Rocket and Screamer (no subtlety there!) start off with a burst of water that would instantly fill a bathtub. High Extreme is a 10-story ride that shoots two-person rafts down 600-foot flumes; Drop Out sends screamers down a seven-story tower of water in just a few skimming, suit-up-the-butt seconds. Claustrophobes need not line up for Dark Hole, which jets the brave through two enclosed 500-foot tubes. And Dragon's Den shoots two people sharing an inner tube down a 45-foot drop into a 35-foot bowl, all while a nine-foot, mist-breathing dragon watches. The newest ride, Ragin Racer, offers eight slides of head-first side-by-side racing—go Speed Racer, go! On crowded weekends, sliders are launched every few seconds, so lines move fairly fast.
