Despite popular belief, the words 'summer' and 'seclusion' were not meant to go together in a place like Los Angeles. Unless you're holed up somewhere in the desert writing your great American novel, what better way to spend your summer than skinning your knees on the sizzling asphalt of Hollywood Boulevard and then nursing your wounds with some frozen custard, watching a string a Chinese dragons float by, listening to 'Hamlet' as you taste the salty sea backdrop, or dyeing your teeth purple with a steamy evening of Jazz and wine samples. Whatever you do, take advantage of the summer months and get festive!
